Condominium & Homeowners Association Law 

The law firm represents approximately 50 condominium and homeowner associations. Paul McKenna serves as General Counsel for all these associations and provides legal guidance to the Board of Directions and legal representation for the associations in all matters. The law office provides a collection service as well for the associations against delinquent unit owners. Finally, the law office assists the associations in day-to-day compliance with their respective Declarations and Florida Statutes governing condominiums and homeowners associations.
