Paul A McKenna
- Paul A. McKenna is a 1982 graduate of the Tulane University of Law.
- Mr. McKenna has 30 years of trial experience; was admitted to practice in 1982 and has over 100 jury trials in multiple practice areas.
- Mr. McKenna has been selected for the Martindale-Hubbel “AV” rating for having the highest possible rating in legal abilities and ethical standards as judged by fellow attorneys and judges.
- Mr. McKenna is a recipient of the Rodney Thaxton Memorial Award for his trial work.
- Mr. McKenna is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar jury verdicts. Less that 1% of U.S. attorneys are members.

- Paul A. McKenna has the distinction of serving as general counsel to the French Consulate in Miami, Florida.
Ida Moghimi-Kian
- Ida Moghimi-Kian is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida International University. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida International University School of Law where she was a Moot Court champion and served as a member of the FIU Trial Team and also served as a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates.
- Mrs. Moghimi-Kian has been practicing for over 5 years in the areas of real estate related litigation and real estate transactions. She has processed more than 5000 residential foreclosures to final judgement. She has also closed more than 1000 residential real estate closings for various title and escrow companies.
Andrew Braaksma
- Andrew Braaksma is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Michigan. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota.
- Mr. Braaksma is a member of both the Florida and Minnesota Bar Associations.
- Mr. Braaksma services over 40 Condominium/Homeowners Associations as well as processes residential real estate foreclosures throughout the state of Florida.
